Rental Terms and Conditions

Rental
Unless otherwise agreed the Rentor will return the Explorer device at the completion or termination of the rental agreement. Any costs of return are to be born by the Rentor. The rental agreement period runs for 3 hours from transaction time (printed on Rentor's receipt) or until operating site closing hours, which ever is sooner. Node Explore Ltd ("Node") reserves the right (at its discretion) to alter this period.

Payment Terms
Rental fee is payable in advance at a non-negotiable price set by the sole descretion of Node.

Condition of Explorer
The Rentor acknowledges that:
(a) he or she has examined the Explorer before accepting it and satisfied itself that it is in good condition, is suitable for the Rentor's purpose, functions to a high standard, provides the service for which it has been hired and complies with prescribed safety standards;
(b) Node has given no representation or warranty regarding the quality, fitness, safety, suitability, standard or accuracy of the Explorer, and no person is authorised by Node to do so.

Care of Products
The Rentor will take good care of the Node Explorer device. Any damage (other than fair wear and tear) will be repaired by Node and will be charged to the Rentor. If the Explorer is lost or stolen during the Rental Period, or extensions thereof, Node reserves the right to charge the Rentor the retail price of the lost or stolen items. (£450 GBP)
In the event of loss or damage of the Explorer the rental charges will continue until the Retail Price of the Explorer is paid for in full by the Rentor which amount is in addition to the rental charges paid.

Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, all express and implied terms, conditions and warranties (other than those terms expressly set out in these terms and conditions) are excluded. Node is not liable for any damage, injury or loss to any person or property arising from the possession, operation or use of the Explorer. Node's liability for anything in relation to the Explorer and its use, including damage or economic loss, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In any event Node's liability is limited to: (a) the replacement of the relevant Explorer with the same or equivalent Explorer; (b) the repair of the relevant Explorer; or (c) reimbursement of the rent for the relevant Explorer for the Rental Period.

Taxes and Government Charges
Node reserves the right to adjust the rental charges to include such changes or new taxes or government charges.
